So this woman Slindile Mdubo is a manager who talks nonsense, misleads and never stays true to her word. I have been dealing with this for the past seven months and to date has given me nothing but bull dust stories!!! Never does a follow up, never gets back to me. Now MTN, may i ask where in this good world do you find people like this and still make them managers??? She refuses for me to talk to her manager, so that i can resolve my account, promises to get back to me, promises to get her manager who she has constant meetings with regards to my account and solving it. Does it really take you people seven months to sort out all this?
