Hi. I've taken out an S4 Galaxy cellphone in July. Whenever i checked my balance on *101#, my current usage balance would show amounts that confused me because I never recalled calling or using any service that would use s much money. I went online today to check my account because when i called to your customer service line, it was answered but the line was muted somehow.

When checking my statement i noticed for the September under content services a total amount of R24.60 for something called MIRA014 - call duration .00 for all calls. For October R166.05 for the same service. For November under content services, a service called SmartCall incurred a total charge of R263.25.

Please note, I've never subscribed to any service as i'm quite weary about these things and i'm receiving random sms's to my cellphone.

I would like this matter resolved urgently because for the current Month, I'm already up to R158.00 and i don't know why. Upon resolving this i would like the total amount of charges falsly incurred, to be refunded to my account.

Again, please respond urgently!!!
