Becareful of Vodacom and BB Q10

Done UG 7 Jul sales person at westgate did not tell me that my new Smart L package only start Aug never told me to get data bandle. I upgraded to the Blackberry Q10 which I did not know does updates the whole time. The monday at 1pm i get an sms saying that my cell is soft locked thank goodness I had a soft lock on my cell for R500 when I called vodacom to switch on my cell because it was off i was informed that my data usage went over and it was standing on R700 and something. I then asked the lady to increase my soft lock to R1000 and I purchased 500 data bundle. She informed me that it would take up to 4 hours to switch my cell on again which i know. The evening just before 8 my cell was still not on I then called vodacom again to find out what was wrong. They then informed me my data ususage is standing on R1150 and that i loaded to little to switch the cell on. I then demanded that they investigate the situation and listen to the recording the afternoon when I was informed that it was over R700 how from 1 until 8 could it go up over R500 I have been asking to check recording. They call me to say they investigating today they know nothing. I need answers as calls recorded
