Debit my account twice in a month

I have a cellphone contract with Jabba which they debit on the 25TH of every month without fail. I received a bank notification today of a debit that went off from Jabba, as far as I remember today is only the 14th of the month and they debited about two weeks ago. When I called customer care I was advised that it may take up to 48 hrs for"collections' to call me back.
