Call centre needs computer literate staff

I have called mtn call centre (accounts department ); all i want is a statement for tax purposes. i`ve called 3 times and given them 3 different email addresses. and i still haven`t recieved anything.
it`s either their staff doesn`t know how to use a computer or they just don`t care.
