Costing me money

I bought airtime for my usb stick. When I wanted to load it, it would not go through. I took my computer and my USB stick to the Vodashop where I bought it. I asked the lady to please check my USB stick as it would not load onto my computer she very rudely told me she can not check the USB I must take it and my computer to the Computer place round the corner as she is sure it is my computer and not the USB. Which I did R150 further I was told it was the USB and not my computer. I then took my USB back to Vodacom explained to the gentleman what the problem was and He said they will have to send it in for repairs which they did I was notified that my USB is back and that I had to pick it up which I did. They told me that it should work now. I tried to load it several times and then called the call centre. They tried to assist me with no avail. I then called the Vodacom shop only to be told that the USB stick can not be fixed.By now I lost R200 and no offer was made for an alternative solution or for reimbursement
