The most incompetent service eve

Since Tues last week I have called 8ta call centre at least 8 times, been to two of their stores 4 times and STILL my BIS service does not work. Every time I called in I was told a case would be opened and staff would call me back within 2-24 hours which never happened, then when I called in was told the case was closed. Their technical staff are completely incompetent because instead of fixing the problem and calling me to check all they keep doing is closing the case. Despite the manager of the call centre promising to call me last Friday, I'm still waiting. I was told the problem was with the APN and the engineers would fix it today (Tues). I called in today and was told I have to go back to the 8ta store but they cannot fix the problem since there are no technicians at the stores. Blackberry confirm it is not a software problem, it is an 8ta problem and that staff at the 8ta store confirm it's an 8ta problem so why are call centre staff telling me to go back to the store where there is no-one who can help? I use my emails and bbm for work purposes and haven't had access for a week!! I have never in my life experienced such incompetent, pathetic service!
