I got a new Samsung zoom on Friday the 8th of November 2013. It is a beautiful phone, but it switched off three times without reason, so I took it back as it was still within the 1 week return policy. They told me (after much running around) that they would send it in and I would have it back or a replacement phone by Monday the 11th of November 2013. I have been back to the branch twice now and no-one can give me feedback. I then decided to stop wasting my time and follow-up by phone... to no avail as nobody has bothered returning my phone calls. I am feeling rather helpless. It seems that no-one, including the manager knows what is happening.
