UPDATE OD AND HVE NOT HAD SERVICE FOR 3DAYS

On the 12th November 2013, I updated the OS on my Black berry Z10, since then I only have reception at work using the works WiFi, I had a sim swop done yesterday afternoon at 15:00, to no avail. I need my phone to be working outside the office area as I am on call 24/7 and at this stage un reachable. This is the worst service ever received from SA Best voted Service provider!
