Don't buy Cell C internet in Table View, or at all if possible. I have had a technician at my house, have logged a few complaints on the call centre (when I can get through) but nothing happens. I told staff to call me on my Vodacom number as my Cell C number is for internet, but I keep getting sms's on the Cell C number saying my dispute was sorted - even though I had not spoken to anybody. When I tried to call on the Cell C card, at the call centre, there were many times where they couldn't even hear me because the network kept dropping.
I spent R2000 on their bundle so that I could work daily on it, I am a sports writer, but I just struggled to get my half-time report on because the Cell C network kept dropping. I had to put my Vodacom sim card in to carry on working, and to actually post this on Hello Peter. Ridiculous service, slow speeds, terrible product - my 8ta bundle, which I had prior to this, worked better and was more reliable. Most of my night shift data was wasted on failed downloads and my daily data is so slow it is more frustrating than anything.
