Upgraded in May 2013 got the latest samsung galaxy s4. It started to give me some trouble took it back to the vodacom shop in the kolonnade Pretoria. Was assisted by Kate on the 14 of October 2013, noted that the phone had a faulty battery and so did the phone stop working correctly. The promised me that I will receive my phone back 3 week. Today is already the 13 November 2013 so I went to the shop for the 4 time in a week and the phone is still not repaired. They had a look on the system and still showing that anything is been logged on the system. Is this the service that you except for the leading service provider of south africa.
