Vodacom has either lost my phone/given it away!

I recently upgraded to a Samsung S3 contract on 2 Feb 2013. Once I received my phone, my Blackberry stopped working. On 3rd Feb 2013 I sent my BB phone to the above mentioned shop to book it in for repairs. The consultant, Marelize took my phone & requested me to write on a basic A4 sheet, my contact details (full name, cell & ID number). I felt it was necessary to receive some kind of receipt and she assured me it was not necessary. My phone was only taken in during the week of 11 Feb! Around 18 Feb I get a call from Brightwater shop informing me my phone has been fixed. I came to fetch it a week later and they couldn't find my phone! To my shock, Marelize said it was sent back to Fourways; to which I investigated further - needless to say the Fourways shop confirmed this was not true. She. I am now told my phoned is in Horizon shop! I will not be shunned around by consultants who cannot do their job. Vodacom has done nothing about this except expect me to wait everyday for no results. I expect a FULL COMPENSATION for my phone. I am still paying for this phone as it is contracted until end of March 2013! It is now 10 March 2013 and still no phone! I am shocked beyond words!
