Bad service & non-delivery of contract obligations

From day 1 trying to get a phone contract with this supplier was mission impossible. I 1st contacted the brooklyn branch, there the lady who was supposed to assist me was not giving any feedback. I had to follow up all the time. I then decided to contact Faery Glen branch, Wynand and Jane were very helpful. but then, it turned out the banking details were captured incorrectly (whilst they captured from my bank statement). Nhlanhla called in Nov to recover the money! I gave her correct acc details and the go ahead to make immediate debit as there was money in my account all along. Still they got it wrong. and instead they cut off my data because of their incompetency. Eventually in dec they debited all their money but still did not open my data. they are busy billing me but not providing the service I signed for. this is only 3 months into the contract and I already regret ever signing up with this company. I cant use the Mobile dstv that came with the package as there's no data to use, I am still waiting for an apology letter from Nhlanhla since Nov 2013 confirming the error from their side. now it's almost feb 2014. I will not advice anyone to take a contract with Altech Autopage
