My name is A.K.Matebe and on the 9/01/2013 I booked in my phone at the above mentioned vodka com outlet. I wanted a white cover for my 9360 bb and was informed that I would be contacted after 2-3 working days for quotation. Well it took vodacom more than a week to contact me for the quote which I eventually agreed on (R707, 00). When I collected the phone I was shocked to learn that the front cover was changed and there was no back white cover for the phone. After complaint I was informed that one will be sourced to me which was never done. After taking the phone I started noticing that the listening speaker was soft and after week using the phone took it back to them, that was on the 27/01/2013. I was informed that the phone would be referred to technician who worked on the phone. The phone has been with vodacom for almost 2 weeks without any feedback from them. In have done several calls to them enquiring about my phone to no vain, everytime I am told that I will be contact that same day and that never seem to happen. I'm frustrated by vodacom. Job no for work is 8487126.
