Service... what service... Disgusting!

I pre applied for an iPhone 5S online and received an email confirming my deal request, ref: K2AA2C. I would be contacted within 24 hours to arrange the upgrade. On Monday, after more than 48 hours I called 08217844 and spoke with Timothy who ensured me that 'Sharel' would attend to my application urgently.

Again no response so I called 08217844 again on Tuesday, after being on hold for 26 minutes I gave up, Have the screen shot to prove it!! Today I called again and got through to Carol, who assured me I could still get a handset, but couldn't deal with her and she would put me through to Corporate as my account is in my Business name, I was promptly cut off... How to treat a loyal customer is obviously not a priority at Vodacom.

While typing this I was finally called by Vodacom, and again told that I could not be assisted and would be transferred to corporate, again I was cut off!! Fantastic! Called Corporate now, spoke to Lebo and was told that she cant help me, the launch is on the 15th and I should call after that!! thanks Vodacom, thanks for nothing!! Maybe it's time for a service provider change.
