A week and a half ago I was told by a consultant on corporate division call centre number (0821940) that a account manager would be appointed to our corporate account. I am still waiting to hear who that person is...
When I called 0821940 again today to find out what is happening with our Vodacom account, no one could tell me. I was transferred to 5 people!!! I was put on hold from one person to the next, for more than an hour!!!
What has happened to the service levels at Vodacom. They have deteriorated considerably and I am seriously considering closing that account and going to a service provider who can deloiver a professional service...
I'm disgusted with Vidacom's serious lack of service delivery.
