I upgraded my cell phone at MTN about 2 months ago. About a month ago my phone started with technical problems, first they said I had the wrong sim card in my phone as the new phone needed a specific sim card to work properly. After purchasing the new sim card the phone persisted with the technical issues.
So almost two weeks ago today I took it in and insisted that they send the phone in for inspection. They told me that the phone would be ready in one week from the date I took it in. I have been phoning the number on the paperwork given to me when I took my phone in for a week now and get no answer. I went into the branch yesterday to ask what the delay was only to find out that my phone had not even left the branch for inspection yet. I have mailed the complaints department to no avail. I find myself in a corner with no options but to wait for this pathetic service to pan out, till then I have no phone, which I need for work every day.
Please help.
Frustrated.
