Twice in one week

On Tues 11/06/2013 i called the center to find out Parow branch phone number to report my credit card missing, as i needed my card urgently. the lady is spoke to told me she can block the card over the phone and i can just got to my closest branch and collect the card same day. When i arrived at the branch they told me i couldn't get my card the same day because i had it blocked telephonically it takes 2-3 working days. i need my card so urgently.
My call to them today was to find out if there is anything else that can be done, again i requested the branches phone number, this lady gave me an incorrect phone number, insisting its correct. ( i could see by the area code it was wrong) upon calling the branch to set up an appointmnet, i mentioned the call center incident and was told to report them as they get complaints all the time. Calling the complaints line is also usless as i get re-directed to voicemai this is a big inconveninence to me and call center staff should be very clued up about porceedure and should not be giving incorrect information, esp not when its regarding peoples money. now i have to wait until next week for a new card, this is completely unacceptable!!
