Disgusting communication and Buck passing!!

23rd October I booked my handset in at Eastgate repairs. They then escalated it to the Advanced repair center 24th October. On 29th October it was sent back to Eastgate assuming it was repaired. A week later, still no word back from anyone as to when I can collect. So I call eastgate 4th Nov to check, then get advised its sent back to the advanced center! So I ask when I can expect this phone back they tell me "they not sure" because its at blackberry and they dont know what their procedures are! But i was reassured by the end of the week (8Nov) id have feedback. And alas, NOTHING, NO FEEDBACK! I called eastgate yesterday (12nov) spoke to tumi and she then passed the buck onto customer care whom there I spoke to Augustina, who assured me feedback by cob yesterday. NOTHING, NO FEEDBACK. I called today 13nov and spoke to team leader Sarah who ALSO could not assist me (management level)!! And suddenly the technician who has the info was "not in today"! All i want is to know WHERE IS THE PHONE, WHEN DO I GET IT BACK. I REFUSE TO WAIT ANOTHER 7 WORKING DAYS! ITS BEEN 3weeks ALREADY! And still no satisfaction! I am thinking of cancelling and moving onto MTN, they will not treat us like this!
