I have a blackberry 9790 under warrantee it just starts rebooting all the time I have sent it in to vodacom for repairs it came back worse. I called the customer service center and they recomended that I take it to the repair center at eastgate which I did but the consultant said it takes 14 days and there are no loan phones available this is unacceptable
