Traveled abroad and opted to roam- courtesy Vodacom. I sent in the region of 4 whatsapp messages and placed 2 calls to my Mother who is in a special care facility. Updated facebook status about 5- 6 times - Half way through my holiday I received some insane message from what I assume was some stupid call centre in India that my acount was sitting in R5800??? Really- I have posted multiple enquiries both abroad and locally once I got back- yesterday was the cherry on top with several calls placed with their call centre- three calls (one call lasted an hour). I have requested for a senior offical to contact me to sort this mess out- Maureen seemed to have ignored this request. Its all system generated responses and ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. NOW, CAN SOMEONE SENIOR ACTUALLY CALL ME BEFORE COB TODAY??? YOU ARE A DISGRACE VODACOM!!
