Signed for a contract of R136.80, NOT paying that

I did an upgrade on my hubby's phone on the 18.05.2013.Before I signed for the contract I asked, "is that all I will be paying for? " and was told YES. Now my statement reflects a debit of R170.??? I am so tired of MTN. I can't wait to finish my contract and go to Telkom for a better deal. I lost my blackberry of which I used to pay R269.00 on phone 0835621472, now the bill is shocking and of NO fault of mine. This Nokia Lumia if your applications are open, it uses up your airtime, wasn't told of this at all. I'm so deeply disappointed, I called MTN on sept to query and was told, can't help you, call another number. I logged a call for a dispute and was given stories then too. I went into the Cresta store, Stan assisted me and closed all applications that was running and using my airtime. I have emails from Phelire Phyllis Kumakanga
