I pay for my 2 contracts manually every month. I paid for my November account on the 03/12/13. I was then sent numerous messages saying i am in arrears. I then faxed them the deposit slip on the 13/12/13. Still i received messages saying i am in arrears. I called the call center (as i do not have a cell c branch where i live). They informed me that they have not received the payment that i made on the 03/12/13. I then faxed the deposit slip once again (to the fax number they provided) on the 27/12/13. UNTIL TODAY 06/01/14, THEY STILL SAY I AM IN ARREARS! This problem has happened on numerous occasions... i cant even apply for finance to buy a vehicle because cell c has listed me as a bad payer. This is completely unacceptable. What am i supposed to do now?
