8TA STILL NO 3G AFTER 3 WEEKS

After the previous complaint on 8TA, I got a responce from them, and they send a technician to my house to see why I am not getting 3G anymore. Ref number was 6888892.

The technician said there is no more 3G signal in my area (Equestria, Pretoria) and this will be fixed.

It is now almost 3 weeks since I last had 3G. I want to know when will this problem be fixed!!

also, I see no reason for me to pay the montly subscription this month due to no service delivery.
