Received a sms that my Cell c account has been handed over to Pholosa. Phoned them because I did not have a Cell c Account for more then 2 years, and never received any correspondence that I was in arrears whatsoever. The lady did not want to give me any info on where this comes from and just said " I'm handing you over to blacklist you on ITC". Phoned again and they told me I should phone JM Attorneys as the account is there now. Requested documentation and bank account numbers and reference numbers to be emailed to me. And nothing happened. This is ridiculous. I can't pay something if I don't owe it, and if I am in arrears how do I make payment if I don't have any banking detail and reference numbers? I emailed Cell C to get documentation regarding the account, and still no reply.
