Paying for a phone that I don't have

I ordered a phone via telephone from Cell C in September, and on the 18th of October the wrong colour phone was sent to me, i immediately called Cell C to inform them of the mistake and the phone was collected on the 22nd of October, and i was informed that i would receive the correct phone in 7-10 working days.
To date i have not received the phone yet cell c keeps deducting money from my account. I'm basically paying for a phone that i do not have and a service that i am not using. I have called the customer care number and sent numerous emails to their customer service from the 30th of October and i have not received any response from them. they keep telling me that someone will contact me within 72 hours but no one ever does. I've been more than patient and would like my money back and would like nothing more to do with cell c.
