New phone not working from day 1

Upgraded my contract and received the new Galaxy s4. From day one the phone keeps loosing signal. Took it in after 3 days for and OBF and it was rejected as they say its not faulty. The phone keeps doing the same thing even if I put another Vodacom sim card in. phoned the call centre and they checked my network settings as well as my number and everything is fine. The call centre said its definitely the phone. Now the 7 days is up and they want to repair the phone and this is unacceptable. If you check the records for my number, you will see I have phoned in at 5 to 6 times to try sort this issue out. I got the phone on the 13th of May and to date I have had the phone in my possession for 6 days. Why should I as a paying customer get a faulty phone and accept it to get repaired. Its pathetic and i'm ready to cancel my contract as its a upgrade. I will rather have an MTN or Cell C contract!!!
