I recently took my Samsung S4 for repairs (after 3 months of ownership) to Autopage! So far the following has happened:
- called to the store to collect a phone that was not mine
- upon returning the phone, no manager available in store to assist me
- waited for manager to finish her shopping in Sandton city and was told that she did not know the status of this
- escalated to Autopage customer services with no response
- called back to the store and collected the phone (which they confirmed was mine), although upon checking this phone again, I was issued a device that was not mine and Autopage does not want to accept this as fact
- escalated again to customer services and was met with some distain from the customer services agent and was told that without my packaging, they cannot tell me my IMEI number issued
- Now I have a phone that is not mine
- I have nobody from management taking responsibility
- I have been to on a number of occasions and now I have all the proof to show the lack of integrity within this organisation.

Poor service at the call centre
Worse service at your stores
Customers tied into contracts have to just take your!
