Overcharging due to lack of upgrading contract

MTN - upgraded my internet contract. Find out a month later the upgrade was not done from a 2g to 9g package!
sitting with massive bill. I have to now phone to correct this situation. Outrageous phone me and correct my contract you are responsible MTN.
secondly upgrade my phone - change from iphone to samsung galaxy. Get told dont worry all your info will migrate to the Samsung. Uhh no. Went to different store after that they had a different story. No one policy being followed and staff that arent properly trained. My entire business runs on my cellphone. Thank you for the inconvenience. None of your agents could help. I researched on google and the Mac store was more helpful
