UPGRADING CELLPHONE PROBLEM AND FALSE INFORMATION

Good day
On 7 march 2013 I went to upgrade my cellphone at mtn, I wanted the samsung galaxy s4 and requested when it will be available. I was told by their samsung representative at mtn it will only be available next year (any customer will believe someone working their and specially for samsung). With that information I was forced to take another option, the galaxy note2 because I cant wait a whole year for the phone I want. I took the phone on the 7th of march 2013 because of the information that was given by mtn and samsung. 3 days later I read on the Internet while browsing that the galaxy S4 launch is 14 march 2013 WORLDWIDE, and I was extremely upset because they told me this will only happen next year. I phoned the manager 11th of march and said I want to return the phone because I was not happy and I was given false information about my first option phone the S4, (still within the 7 day period) and the store manager said I cannot return the phone unless it was faulty. If they had not given me false information and forced me to take my second option phone, and given me the correct info I would have waited for the s4!
I WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE AND WAIT FOR THE S4!
