Went to Cell C at the V&A waterfront to look at my options for a upgrade and i was assisted by Zulfikar. He told me that if i take the samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 and the samsung galaxy s3
i will pay my instalment for 3 months then come back and change my contract to a top up
and then the instalments will be less then what i am paying. I was also told that i can downgrade my contract by paying in a small amount. I was also told that i will have very good signal when using the Internet as that is 1 of the benefits he also told me that a software upgrade will be available by December 2012 that will make the phone and the tab faster and smoother on the Internet for browsing. I went in to Cell C after 3 months as Zulfikar said i should do, and when i got there and explained to them what Zulfikar told me what i can do about the contract they told me that i can not downgrade, that i will pay more if i change my contract to a top up. I have been having very bad signal problems and a big bill because of that because its always loading and then giving me a MSG that there is no signal but yet still using data. I'm really upset that i was given wrong information in order to upgrade my contract
