Appalling Service

On Friday, my mother asked me to help her cancel a contract with MTN after she failed to cancel it herself because she did not know which options to choose on the voice prompts. I do not stay with her, so the easiest way was for me to call MTN and ask them to please get hold of her and assist her: which I did.

I spoke to Samantha and explained the issue and she agreed to call her, but my mother did not answer because the number that was strange. I called her to tell her to that they are going to call her and she should answer.
Thats now where a GOOD service turned BAD. I called Samantha back to ask her is she could please get hold of her as she was now aware that she was going to call; Fakazile answered the phone and told me that they do not call clients and that clients should call in and follow the voice prompts and explained to her the main issue, but she still stuck to her story and later told me that Samantha called the client 4 times, which was a total lie.
Called again and got attitude from Sibusiso.

This is where I draw the line with MTN. For me, I'd rather pay high rates with low drama; than pay low rates with POOR, USELESS service.
