I upgraded a contract with you 3 weeks ago. I was promised that delivery of the Galaxy Gear would take place 1 week later. It is now 2 weeks later than the promised date and I am still being told that you do not have stock. This is totally unacceptable, where I have paid for a device and I still do not have it! How can you sell a product that you do not have stock of?
I have to constantly call for updates, as your stores do not respond to the numerous emails I have sent.
I have even offered to collect it from any store that has stock, but I receive no feedback from anyone.
If I do not receive the device in the next 2 days I will be cancelling the upgrade deal I have done and move to a SP that can actually adhere to their promised time lines.
