In July last year, Jane and I were looking over the various house plans available in Buh-rein estate (Kraaifontein) but neither met my specific requirements. Jane suggested an alteration to the plan which would then provide me with the sufficient space I required. The plan changes were approved with minimal cost implications. Besides that, Jane kept me informed during the building process by emailing me photo's during various stages of development so I was always kept up to date on how my house was progressing. He is incredibly timely in response with all my queries.
I am now the proud owner of a beautiful house. I am proud to call Jane Du Toit a friend and would like to publicly acknowledge my gratitude to him.
