A few days ago I had the unfortunate and terrible experience of driving over a pot hole. The incident resulted in damages to my tyre and rims. I called OUTsurance client service centre and spoke to Jane Jacobs. The reason for this post is to commend and thank Jane for the exemplary service that she afforded to me. She continuously kept me updated on the process and status of the claim which in itself gave me a level of comfort that I was dealing with a competent individual. Once again, thank you Jane for the wonderful service, you're an asset to your employer! Thank you OUTsurance for the investment you make in training your staff.
