POSTNET LYTTELTON OWNER IS NASTY W/ BAD ATTITUDE!!

I went to local postnet to have some NB documents printed and scanned. Lady who helped was great - she connected my USB device herself &operated everything. Great - scanned documents, decided to have them put back onto my USB. I pay, leave, plug in my USB to get NB scanned docs& lo &behold, the whole USB has been wiped, with only some strangely formatted .ink files left behind. I phone postnet & complain & then have to schlepp all the way back there to rescan documents. when i get there, the owner, Jane, comes out to "address" my complaint. she says that the USB was wiped because Defender wiped the USB stick because it had viruses on. er, since when?? I say that I am disappointed. Jane accuses me of putting viruses on her machine. I argue & tell her that OBVIOUSLY, had i know there were viruses, I wouldnt of used the thing in the 1st place &spent 20min on the machine printing. AND her employee didn't tell me there were viruses? Jane walks away mid-way during my complaining! Then, JAne LAUGHS AT ME IN MY FACE, sarcastically says "Ah yes, that little display was very cute. Ill be sure to let the IT guys know" & disappears.! Disgraceful franchisee behaviour, she is bad for your BRAND!!!
