The Vodacom Customer Careline team that was working on the 11th Nov is unprofessional and has poor work ethic. I had to hold for an hour without being attended, and when I eventually got through, was treated in a untimely and unruly manner. The consultant was enjoying a joyous time with his colleagues at my expense, and did not even try to assist me or hear me out. The only thing he did was act as if the line was bad, and just released the call while I was trying to get my problem rectified. I AM DISGUSTED AND A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER, one would have expected better from a brand such as VODACOM, ...these individuals are a disgrace and something should be done...
