After my complaint - Just a compliment to Managing director Gerald (Hope I spelt it right)
I phoned him about two hours ago and told him what ive been struggling with for 3 weeks. I was called back by Vuyo less than an hour later and was told they are busy with the situation. another less than an hour later Vuyo called with a solution. Promised to deliver by thursday and assured me to call back if the item was not delivered.
Thanks to Gerald I will be looking at the new broschure from Vodacom for my new phone and tablet.
Vodacom - you should thank him!!! He wants my business and is willing to sort things out... TODAY! asap
