VODACOM POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I have been running my prepaid VODACOM line 0729123452 from March 2009 to October 2013 and write this note to express my utter disgust with the way VODACOM and its agents have treated me as a customer.
However from the 16th of November 2013, I have been trying without success to do a sim swap. I have passed through your agencies, one at Greenstone Mall, namely CV Data and the other when in Lephalale (new shopping mall) and had telephone conversations with your call centre agents on three occasions. In all these cases promises were made but never fulfilled.
At the time of sending this message, at 0351hrs, 19th November 0352hrs, NOBODY from VODACOM has called again and my phone is still not working.
It is obvious that somebody in VODACOM has not done their part in this case and I therefore request you to do the following:
1. Give me back my working line on pre-paid - 0729123452.
2. CANCEL my CONTRACT line with immediate effect. I will return your phone immediately.
3. I DO NOT EXPECT TO BE PENALISED FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS YOU WHO HAVE DEFAULTED on the AGREEMENT by denying me the access to your network despite having a contract line.
