I am so disgusted with the level of service I have received from Vodacom. I thought I was getting somewhere last week with my first problem and it has just gotten worst. My attempt to apply for a new line on an existing contract has been nightmare. It has taken a sales consultant by the name of Nomadiso over 3 working days to PORT my MTN number to VODACOM which still has not been done. The woman promised to call me back on Friday afternoon. I have left three messages for her to date and she has not returned any of my calls. Who is going to reimburse for all the phone calls I have made to Vodacom to get services. I was being assisted by a gentleman called Shameegh Frieslaar who has now disappeared. I have been a customer with Vodacom for almost 9 years and don't expect to be treated in this manner. is my business not important??? Should I go to another service provider? What would it take to get my new phone? Can someone contact me as soon as possible to sort out this issue. It shocking that VODACOM can treat its loyal customers in this manner.
