Hi the is my experience, i'm on the bones of my really battling now i have with vodacom.

1st Month didn't have the funds to pay them.. Fine i went to the bank and made a deposit and they were paid, the next month is did have the funds to pay for the month but they got greedy and wanted more.. with out any connect, with-out informing me they tried to deduct an extra R 100 on top of the monthly payment for the account... Lovely now it bounces, is it legal for them to Deduct what they want? any way the next month same thing i get another fine and they want to take R 950, 00 off my account (still have not received any information from anyone @ vodacom until the day after they try deduct the funds again. then i finally get one thing saying i owe X amount. I dont care if Vodacom Posts a comment or would like to sort it out, is there another process that i can take legal action against Vodacom for attempted . and unethical services/practices, as with out giving me an invoice stating i owe X amount should be against the law. Never mind the fact that in this time they still called me for an upgrade (and approved it) my sim was never put on softlock normally done in month 1
