To this date i have not had a answer to my complain about my data bill on my cellphones posted 2 July 2013. Vodacom has told me that data has been downloaded from my iphone between 4:50am to 5:00am every single morning even though my cellular data is switched off. No one can tell me what has been downloaded yet you expect me to just keep paying my acount. I have had a few call agents contact me but no solution as come from the calls. Vodacom as poor poor customer service and i can not wait to move all four of my contracts to another network. I really wish this problem could be sorted out and that some in higher power than a call agent/ manager could give me a call. This has been an ongoing problem for the past 5 months now.
I expected more from a wellknown company like VODACOM.
