My cell which on contract at vodacom cannot receive or send message or receive or make calls. The message
on the cell say:'Not registered on Network".
I phoned vodacom customer services 082111 several times. Then I am prompted to make my language selection and irrespective whether I choose english or afrikaans the system told me I have made no selection and must call again.
Eventually I succeeded to hold on for quite some time for a supervisor: "Nomsa"or "Numsa".
Within seconds she told me she cannot hear me and must call again and I was cut off.
What a sad case of poor service or actually I cannot complain there was no service.
Vodacom must update their poor assistance system. They waist my time!
