Telkom is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Yesterday I went to fetch my phone after fighting for it for 3 weeks, my charger was changed to a standard charger NO USB, and my charger had USB cable where I could be able to transfer data from my phone to PC now I am unable to do that because I do not have my USB cable, my phone still over heats when you charge it. What is it that they were doing the whole 3 weeks that they had my phone with them because it looks like the only thing they did was to change my charger.

I am taking this matter forward, the service is very very bad. what am I supposed to do with a brand new phone that over heats? do I need to pay for something that is not functioning well?

I am not satisfied at all and I am expected to pay the full instalment at the end of the month with a broken phone. I will rather go open a new account at MTN or Cell C where they appreciate their clients.
