No contact has been made by MTN

Following my last report I still have had no suitable feedback from MTN. I lodged a complaint with them on the 25th October and was told that someone would contact me within 2 weeks. 2 weeks have come and gone and still no news. The response I had on this sight was generic and did not answer my query what-so-ever. I am ready to cancel all contract with MTN. Their service is totally disgusting
