I took my cell phone in on 28th November to have a software issue fixed. I have still not received my phone. I have all the contact numbers for the manager and area manager but they will not answer my calls or return my messages. this is my second complaint (following the one i posted on the 4'th February) and have had one generic copy and past answer to that. Still nothing has been done. I have laid 3 complaints on MTN's site and they don't even get back to me. The worst company i have ever dealt with. So considering its 20 weeks, with no answer at all and no one even has the decency to return my calls, can i go in the store and lay a charge against the company?
