To Whom is may concern

On the 30 October 2013 I sent my S3 in for a screen replacement and received it back a view days later. When I activated the phone I found that I could no longer connect to the cellphone networks.

I contacted my service provider (Vodacom) who informed me that the phone was blacklisted by 8ta in-sighting as the reason for blacklisting. I then contacted 8ta who agreed that they blacklisted the phone but what not provide further details on the matter. Upon further probing they indicated that the phone was and this was the reason for the blacklisting.

Now which is it? Is there or? These are very different accusations.

Furthermore, I have been in possession of this device and using it for almost a year and now all of a sudden there's this issue.

I do not understand how an unrelated service provider can blacklist my cellphone without providing any evidence supporting their accusation. I like to at least see something more tangible than mixed reasoning for the steps taken by 8ta.
