I have been waiting for my TV from MTN for more than a month now. I got the TV with them but still no TV.I got my TV licence on the 25th of Feb and took it on for the consultant at MTN to send through in order for my TV to be ordered. They told me it will take about 3 weeks but its going on to 5 weeks but still no feedback. At the branch they keep on giving me stories about delayes and that the process changed. But now there is no answer from the contact numbers. I will be going on leave from tomorrow for 3 weeks and i cant wait for 2month before i receive my TV. We have a contract and they are in breach of it. Im paying for half of the goods i got. I want my TV today as well as feedback. This is unacceptable. I want answers today still
