Over 2 weeks ago I lodged a complaint regarding my account and since then was advised that they investigating. I have never received a response as yet or any feedback and it cannot take 2 weeks to still be investigating.
This is totally ridiculous that for so long I am awaiting a response. My initial complaint was about my invoice that has not been received and the person i last spoke to Cynthia Pretorius from the legal department who advised me on the phone that the error was not mine and that Autopage should have followed procedure.
Please if anyone calls me please do so with an answer for me and not that they still going to follow up with it cause know its time I contacted the Ombudsman in this regard
