To Vodacom,
This is my second complaint as the first has NOT been attended to as yet.
I logged the call with reference S3-T6U3L-LJVAK and to date have not yet received feedback.
I have since being calling on numerous occasions trying to resolve my issue but no one is providing feedback.
I do know that a person by the name of Wardah Kannemeyer is supposedly investigating this but its been more than 2 weeks and still no feedback from the "Back Office". I wonder if you guys will be as slow when it comes to getting your money on time, i think NOT.
I will be putting a stop order on my account if the "back office" does not complete their investigation before the next debit.
